Delete Account

We're sorry to see you leave RICA. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what happens to your vehicle and maintenance data.

Before You Delete

Consider:

• Export your data: download or export your service history if the App offers export, before deletion
• Turn off reminders only: if you only want fewer emails or push notifications, adjust Settings → Notifications instead of deleting the account

How to Delete Your Account

From the App

1. Open RICA and go to Profile or Settings
2. Open Account → Delete account (or Close account)
3. Optionally tell us why you're leaving (helps us improve)
4. Confirm with your password or device authentication if prompted
5. Tap Permanently delete (or equivalent)

Via Email

Send a request to support@gdesir.com with:

• Subject: "Account deletion request"
• Your registered email address
• Brief confirmation that you want all personal data tied to that account deleted

We will process your request within 7 business days where we can verify your identity.

What Gets Deleted

Typically removed with your account:

• Profile and account credentials
• Vehicles, service logs, reminders, and private notes you stored
• Private or non-public content tied only to your account

May take time to clear everywhere
Backups and caches may retain fragments for a short period (often up to 30 days) before full purging.

Public community content
If you posted public content (e.g. a review), it may be deleted or anonymized according to policy and technical constraints. Copies others saved outside the App are outside our control.

Reactivation

Deletion is permanent. To use RICA again you will need a new account.
