Welcome to Resty. This Privacy Policy explains how GDESIR Group ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Resty mobile application ("the App").

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register
Profile data: your role (buyer, broker, or notary), property preferences, and search criteria
Transaction documents: pre-approval letters, offers, identification, and financial documents you upload to a transaction file
Messages: communications you exchange with your broker or notary within the App

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: features you use, actions you take, and time spent in the App
Property activity: listings you view, save, or compare
Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings
Log data: IP address, access times, and app crashes or errors

1.3 Information from Third Parties

Listing data providers: we display property listings sourced from market data providers (e.g., Centris/IMLS)
Your broker or notary: if you are connected to a professional through the App, they may add documents or notes to your shared transaction file

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Resty application
Match and display relevant property listings
Track your purchase timeline: offers, deadlines, and key milestones
Enable secure communication and document sharing between you, your broker, and your notary
Send notifications about new listings, deadlines, and updates to your transaction file
Respond to your support requests and inquiries
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, technical issues, and security threats
Comply with our legal obligations, including real estate recordkeeping requirements

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

Your designated broker and/or notary: limited to the information in your shared transaction file
Service providers: cloud hosting and property listing data providers, bound by confidentiality agreements
Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority
Business transfers: in connection with a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to you

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data, including transaction documents, for as long as your account is active and your transaction file requires it. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by real estate or tax regulations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your transaction documents.

7. Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.
