Welcome to Central. This Privacy Policy explains how GDESIR Group ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Central mobile application ("the App").

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register
Student profile: date of birth and, where applicable, your driver's license or learner's permit number
Driving school selection: the driving school and lesson package you choose

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Lesson data: your lesson schedule, attendance, hours completed, and instructor evaluations recorded in the App
Usage data: features you use, actions you take, and time spent in the App
Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings
Log data: IP address, access times, and app crashes or errors

1.3 Information from Your Driving School

Your driving school or instructor may enter lesson notes, evaluations, and scheduling information into the App as part of tracking your progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Central application
Schedule and track your driving lessons
Record hours completed and instructor feedback toward your driving exam
Process payments for lesson packages, where applicable
Send you reminders for upcoming lessons
Respond to your support requests and inquiries
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
Comply with our legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

Your driving school and instructor: lesson, attendance, and progress data needed to deliver your course
Service providers: cloud hosting and payment processors, bound by confidentiality agreements
Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority
Business transfers: in connection with a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to you

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to document your driving course completion. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

7. Children's Privacy
