Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the KaeL application operated by GDESIR Group ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KaeL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

KaeL is an intelligent personal assistant application that helps users organize tasks, manage calendars, set reminders, and stay productive. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use KaeL, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use KaeL.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KaeL to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the service

5. Intellectual Property

KaeL and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by GDESIR Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Your data (tasks, notes, calendar entries) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Privacy

Your use of KaeL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

KaeL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or productivity resulting from use of the application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GDESIR Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KaeL.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where GDESIR Group is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
