Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Blesim, the mobile payment and money transfer application operated by GDESIR Group.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Blesim, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

To use Blesim you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable laws
• Complete our identity verification (KYC) process

3. Account and Identity Verification

You must provide accurate information during registration. Blesim may require identity verification documents to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Failure to complete verification may result in transaction limits or account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Blesim only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
• Sending payments for illegal goods or services
• Attempting to circumvent our security or compliance systems
• Using the service on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities

5. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits apply based on your verification level and jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that violates our policies or applicable law.

6. Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed before each transaction. Fees may vary based on transaction type, amount, and destination. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

7. Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

Report unauthorized transactions immediately to support@gdesir.com. We will investigate and, where applicable, restore funds as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Blesim and all its content are owned by GDESIR Group and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, bank errors, or force majeure events.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by regulators.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable financial services regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
